Lead financial strategy and operations for a $5.1M nonprofit, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, grants management, compliance, audits, reporting, financial systems, and a finance team; partner with executive leadership and Board Finance Committee to ensure strong internal controls and financial sustainability.

Lead JWJSF as its Executive Director by setting strategy and campaigns, driving fundraising, building and managing coalition relationships, supervising staff (3-5), overseeing finances and governance, and representing the organization in media and movement spaces to grow worker-led power and campaigns for economic and social justice.

Lead delivery and design of Legal Links Legal First Aid certification trainings (virtual and in-person), develop accessible, legally accurate curriculum, support network engagement and legal consults for frontline providers, track training outcomes, assist with funder reporting, and contribute to statewide training efforts. Travel occasionally for in-person events.
