Proctors assist students during exams by guiding them to their seats, monitoring exam integrity, and ensuring compliance with exam policies.

Lead career advising for LLM and MSL students and alumni, provide one-on-one counseling, design and deliver workshops, manage employer and alumni relationships, evaluate and improve programs, and support non-JD and JD students as needed. Collaborate with CDO leadership and campus partners to expand opportunities and implement career resources.

Provide administrative and clerical support for the Pro Bono Program: maintain placement records, communicate with students and partners, track student pro bono hours, update opportunities and distribution lists, assist with event planning and logistics, and perform related duties. Hybrid part-time role with required in-person event support.

Provide legal and executive administrative support to the General Counsel and Office of the General Counsel. Duties include calendar and travel management, board meeting materials and compliance with open-meeting laws, processing California Public Records Act requests, office administration, records management, expense processing, and supporting legal workflows under attorney supervision.

Manage Consortium communications, events, and operations including drafting/posting materials, website updates, event logistics, budget and expense tracking, calendar and space management, and administrative support for faculty, students, and community partners.
