Build and deploy full-stack software supporting engineering, construction, and operation of mineral processing facilities. Develop Autodesk integrations, internal web applications, software ecosystem evaluations, and LLM-powered experiences. Collaborate with ML engineers on data architecture and pipelines supporting model training and facility operations visibility. Partner directly with engineering, construction, operations, and other non-software stakeholders to identify needs, scope features, and drive implementation across the technology stack.

Develop autonomy software for mining vehicles, including perception, SLAM, motion planning, control, sensor fusion, localization, and mapping. Integrate LiDAR, cameras, radar, IMU, and GNSS while building embedded real-time systems. Create simulation, logging, and data pipelines, and validate autonomy software through bench, rig, and field testing. Collaborate with hardware, controls, and systems engineers to deliver safe, reliable vehicle autonomy.

Own end-to-end procurement of capital process equipment, including sourcing strategy, contract negotiation, supplier competition, purchase order conversion, change orders, and commercial risk management. Analyze spend to identify savings, improve procurement workflows, and build scalable, audit-ready systems supporting capital project schedules and efficiency.

Own end-to-end pre-operational procurement for new projects and sites: define specs with engineering, run RFQs, qualify vendors, negotiate contracts, execute purchases, manage first deliveries, consolidate sourcing for volume savings, and transition vendor relationships to on-site procurement.

The Project Engineering Manager leads engineering teams, manages project workflows, coordinates reviews, and ensures timely deliverables for critical minerals supply chain projects.

Lead the planning and design for greenfield mining projects, including site selection, feasibility studies, and civil works design. Collaborate with multiple teams for optimal site infrastructure design and manage external engineering partners.

Design, prototype, and validate electromechanical and robotic hardware for autonomous mining vehicles, including drive-by-wire actuation, motion and powertrain systems, manipulators, and end-effectors. Produce CAD, BOMs, select components, lead bench and field testing, and collaborate with controls and autonomy teams to integrate hardware, sensing, and compute for fully autonomous operation.

Design, implement, and validate autonomy software for mining vehicles including perception, localization, mapping, motion planning, and control. Integrate and calibrate LiDAR, camera, radar, IMU/GNSS sensors; build embedded real-time software; develop simulation and data pipelines; and lead bench, rig, and field validation while collaborating with hardware and controls teams.

Lead end-to-end execution of Mariana's capital project programs from development through construction, owning schedules, budgets, risk management, and cross-functional coordination. Manage and grow a team of Technical Program Managers, drive deployment of capital-project software tools, standardize project development and execution, and partner with finance and business development on capital allocation and project economics.

The Senior Full Stack Software Engineer will lead software architecture and implementation, mentor team members, and integrate complex systems for minerals supply chain management.
