Own product design for MarianaOS by simplifying complex, data-dense workflows. Build and maintain a design system (including coded components), prototype in code when useful, partner closely with PMs and engineers from problem framing to shipped UI, run lightweight user research, and set short-horizon design direction while giving and receiving fast design feedback.

Design and own end-to-end data domains and pipelines for plant sensors, lab results, and historians. Build schemas, ensure data quality, observability, and lineage, and supply model-ready time-series and analytical datasets to ML and operations teams. Mentor junior engineers and define data contracts.

Develop and train reinforcement-learning control models in realistic simulators, refine training environments and reward logic, analyze and improve model performance, close the sim-to-real gap with plant data, write well-tested production code, and collaborate with process and chemistry experts to deploy autonomous controllers optimizing recovery, reagent use, energy, and uptime.
