The Principal Administrative Analyst leads complex projects involving budgeting, financial analysis, policy evaluation, and contract administration. Responsibilities include advising management, conducting detailed data analysis, and overseeing departmental operations and programs.

Lead SFPUC's operating and capital budget processes, manage a team of budget professionals, coordinate agency-wide and city adoption processes, produce financial analyses and reports, liaise with Mayor/Controller/Board, oversee budget IT transition and capital planning, and develop financial policies and publications.

Prepare and check civil engineering drawings for street resurfacing and streetscape projects using AutoCAD/Civil 3D and BIM; perform field investigations, incorporate survey data, review utility submittals, assist cost estimating, process shop submittals, and prepare reports and correspondence.

Manage contract lifecycle, ensure compliance, oversee budgets and grant administration, perform financial and data analysis, build BI dashboards, and advise leadership to support Waterfront Resilience Program project delivery.

Serve as a senior technical contributor to design, implement, maintain, troubleshoot and enhance complex systems and platforms across cloud, on-premises and hybrid environments. Lead operational support, system builds/patches/deployments, infrastructure-as-code practices, backups, migrations, disaster recovery, security configuration, user support, documentation, and vendor/department coordination.

Serve as a senior technical contributor to plan, design, implement, maintain and troubleshoot wired and wireless network environments. Lead network upgrades and expansions, configure routers, switches and firewalls, set access permissions and secure wireless (802.1x), respond to tickets, and produce detailed installation and troubleshooting documentation.
