Leads end-to-end development of Microsoft Power Platform solutions in regulated federal environments. Designs Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Power BI models, Dataverse architectures, security roles, integrations, and RPA solutions. Partners with federal stakeholders to gather requirements, present technical solutions, and document system architectures. The role requires Power Platform experience in GCC High, IL5, GovCloud, or comparable environments, plus eligibility for a Secret clearance.

Supports federal capital investment and infrastructure resilience programs for Marine Corps installations. Develops project plans, schedules, risk reports, status updates, budgets, and project documentation; coordinates government, contractor, technical, and installation stakeholders; maintains project data across facilities and financial systems; supports meetings, workshops, project closeout, lessons learned, and best-practice development.

Leads program analysis and project management for federal infrastructure, capital investment, energy resilience, and sustainability initiatives across Marine Corps installations. Tracks cost, schedule, performance, budgets, governance, and reporting for MILCON, FSRM, demolition, and operations programs. Coordinates with regional facilities stakeholders, supports real property accountability, manages dashboards and information systems, develops governance materials, and advises senior leaders on program execution and performance.

The Principal OT Cyber SME will provide expertise in cybersecurity for operational technology, lead stakeholder interactions, and support project management, while ensuring compliance with security policies.
