Lead preparation of RFP/RFQ responses, proposals, award submissions, and marketing collateral; manage interview decks, project tearsheets, resumes, and social media coordination; support principals on media/publications and outreach; research project opportunities and build relationships with marketing partners. Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and maintain organized, high-quality materials.

Lead firmwide internal and external communications, develop marketing strategy and brand stewardship, produce and edit multimedia content, manage media relations and crisis communications, mentor marketing staff, align messaging with leadership, and measure effectiveness across channels to raise SWA's profile.
