Define and own hardware integration product for test engineers: lead discovery, benchmark tools, translate workflows into scoped requirements, prioritize roadmap, partner with design/engineering/marketing, and ensure clean platform integration for DAQ and instrumentation workflows.

Build, maintain, and scale hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) systems and associated CI infrastructure. Integrate test equipment and instrumentation, improve HIL testing practices, and ensure documentation, automation, and security across the deployment lifecycle.

Deploy and integrate Revel software on customer hardware, write RevelCode, build dashboards, deliver training, troubleshoot embedded systems in field environments, and translate customer feedback into product improvements while traveling to customer sites.

Design, implement, and optimize a specialized compiler for Revel's hardware control language, including parsing, semantic analysis, IR design, optimization passes, and code generation. Collaborate with software, hardware, and systems teams, improve compiler robustness and determinism through testing and benchmarking, and contribute R&D for advanced compiler challenges.

Develop portable, high-performance embedded software and HALs in Rust/C/C++ for industrial hardware. Integrate and debug devices/protocols (Modbus, SPI, I2C, CAN, UART, RS-485), use hardware tools (logic analyzers, oscilloscopes), reverse-engineer undocumented devices, ensure deterministic low-latency behavior, and validate system reliability to prevent unsafe failures.
