Lead developer relations for Qdrant in the Bay Area through open-source demos, applied AI research, technical articles, videos, conference talks, workshops, hackathons, and developer community engagement. Build applications using vector search, embeddings, and large language models; develop ecosystem partnerships; relay developer feedback to engineering; own DevRel initiatives; and mentor team members.

Own product marketing for Qdrant’s developer-facing AI infrastructure, including positioning across self-serve, cloud upgrades, and enterprise sales. Develop buyer scenarios, competitive programs, sales enablement, win-loss research, AI-powered workflows, and launch messaging. Partner with Product, DevRel, Growth, Sales, and Partnerships to support activation, upgrades, enterprise deals, and customer insight programs.

Own Qdrant’s B2B demand generation and growth engine, including integrated campaigns, cohort-based nurture journeys, onboarding, newsletters, startup programs, audience targeting, lead scoring, automation, and sales activation. Use data, AI tools, and connected workflows to generate measurable pipeline and revenue. Develop technical product fluency and collaborate with Product Marketing to create campaigns for technical audiences and open-source products.

Support customers through technical evaluations, proofs of concept, architectural reviews, migration assessments, and resilient search cluster design. Translate infrastructure requirements into pricing and contract inputs, coordinate technical sales workflows across teams, identify deployment risks, and serve as a technical contact for stakeholders. The role requires scripting, distributed-systems sizing, Kubernetes and cloud experience, and strong communication with technical and business audiences.
