The Associate supports executive searches by conducting research, managing candidate relationships, and overseeing project management tasks in partnership with senior team members.

Support Partners and Principals in search execution: manage calendars and scheduling, coordinate domestic and international travel, maintain the Thrive candidate database, process expense reports, and produce client/candidate documents to ensure a white-glove search experience.

Key responsibilities include troubleshooting complex technical issues, mentoring junior team members, streamlining processes, and ensuring quality assurance in IT support.
