Provide legal and compliance advice across provider/vendor matters, third-party liability, discovery, civil litigation and Medicaid appeals. Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts (including DHHS agreements), support business units on regulatory and compliance issues, and represent/troubleshoot contract disputes. Provide education, conduct litigation or administrative hearings when feasible, and support the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer on broad corporate and healthcare regulatory matters.
