Hunt and close complex, consultative sales with C-suite and operations leaders, drive partner co-selling, tailor solutions for site selection/talent/delivery, and feed field intelligence into product, pricing, and messaging. Operate independently in a founder-led environment and maintain transparent opportunity management.

Own the inbound pipeline by researching prospects with AI tools, crafting persuasive multi-turn email conversations, qualifying/disqualifying leads, logging all interactions in Attio, and moving qualified prospects to the VP of Sales with briefs. Iterate on messaging and metrics to grow qualified pipeline.

Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, email, and social media to build pipelines, qualify leads, schedule meetings, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with marketing to support sales growth.
