Design, prototype, integrate, and debug custom electronics for an autonomous circuit-board fabrication platform. Responsibilities include circuit-board design, sensing and actuation systems, precision measurement, test fixtures, machine integration, low-level firmware, root-cause analysis, and end-to-end subsystem ownership. The role requires hands-on benchtop debugging, shipped hardware experience, cross-disciplinary mechanical intuition, and full-time on-site work in San Francisco within an intense founding environment.

Build the end-to-end architecture of an AI-powered software factory, including high-throughput telemetry capture, privacy pipelines, knowledge graphs, autonomous coding agents, and production deployment. Personally execute client workflow mapping and software delivery, then automate those processes for future deployments. The role requires strong product judgment, full-stack ownership, enterprise workflow optimization, and in-person collaboration in San Francisco.

Own the design, prototyping, testing, and validation of precision mechanical systems for automated process cells. Responsibilities include developing motion systems, fixtures, robotic handoffs, feed and clamping mechanisms, electrical test interfaces, and reliable high-cycle production equipment. The role requires rapid bench prototyping, empirical diagnostics, tolerance analysis, and close integration with electrical and software engineers. This is a fully onsite founding role in San Francisco requiring six-day workweeks.

Build and own the company’s enterprise risk management and information security functions. Lead SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance, security policies, ISMS development, incident response, business continuity and disaster recovery exercises, vendor and audit management, partner security due diligence, and security awareness training. Collaborate with engineering, product, legal, business development, and operations to maintain an audit-ready security posture.

Lead design and implementation of high-performance agent runtimes, backend services, and self-hosted model/agent infrastructure. Build low-latency execution systems, real-time data pipelines, telemetry loops, CI/CD for zero-downtime deployments, and ensure fleet reliability on AWS/EKS.
