Unsolicited/open application for a startup building an AI-driven scientific intelligence platform for physical sciences. Work with founders to build and scale GTM: map markets, generate and qualify leads, scope and run technical POCs, manage early customer relationships, create sales collateral and playbooks, run growth experiments, and optimize outbound/inbound motion to convert pilots into revenue.

Partner with founders as a strategic operator to design and scale company foundations, build internal AI agents and workflows, lead end-to-end special projects across product, recruiting, and GTM, and act as an executive proxy to drive high-priority initiatives in a fast-moving, 0-to-1 startup.

Build core product and infrastructure, ship end-to-end features across the stack, develop data ingestion and multimodal representation systems, implement LLM-based agentic systems and other AI approaches, and act as a technical leader mentoring engineers while defining technical vision and culture.

Design the core UI/UX and frontend experience for an AI-driven scientific product. Own end-to-end product design, translate customer pain points into roadmap decisions, create intuitive user flows and a design system, and collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and early customers to ship features quickly while maintaining design craft.

Translate AI research into production systems for scientific R&D: build evals/benchmarks, design data ingestion and representation for messy multimodal scientific data, implement LLM-based and other agentic systems, and provide technical leadership to define product and engineering direction.
