Lead HR strategy and operations, partner with executives on workforce and succession planning, oversee employee relations and compliance, manage talent acquisition and retention, run performance and development programs, maintain HR policies and HRIS data integrity, and champion culture and engagement.

Design and build end-to-end customer-facing digital experiences. Conduct UX research and produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Implement front-end components using modern web technologies, ensure accessibility and responsiveness, coordinate offshore development teams, and partner with product and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver enhancements.

Coordinate procurement and distribution of company supplies: determine material needs with procurement managers, track orders in supply software, ensure on-time delivery, implement department procedures, handle daily supply operations and administrative tasks, and collaborate with departments and suppliers to fulfill inventory requirements.
