Provide consultative, goals-based investment and insurance advice to credit union members, grow and manage a book of business through referrals and community engagement, collaborate with branch teams, host financial education events, meet sales targets, and maintain regulatory compliance and high ethical standards.

Manage full-cycle recruiting from job posting through offer and pre-employment coordination. Partner with hiring managers to source, screen, and present candidates; coordinate interviews; maintain ATS records and candidate pipelines; support career fairs and outreach; track recruiting metrics; ensure equitable, compliant hiring practices and positive candidate experience.

Perform advanced financial statement analysis and underwriting support for commercial and business loans. Prepare credit memorandums, perform annual reviews, monitor portfolio risk and covenant compliance, support loan administration, reporting, and process improvements to ensure lending aligns with credit union policies and regulatory requirements.
