Serve as primary legal advisor leading legal strategy, compliance, and risk management for a multi-affiliate nonprofit. Advise on 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), and PAC compliance, lobbying and political activity, governance, contracts, employment law, and manage outside counsel and regulatory matters.
