Own robot sensing systems from architecture through production, including analog and mixed-signal electronics, signal processing, calibration, characterization, health monitoring, and production testing. Design sensor front ends and multi-channel arrays, develop filtering and estimation algorithms, evaluate sensing modalities, and collaborate across firmware, software, autonomy, hardware, manufacturing, and mechanical teams.

Design and own motor controller hardware for robotic actuators, including gate drives, power stages, sensing, feedback interfaces, protection circuitry, PCB layout, bring-up, validation, and production support. Tune field-oriented control, optimize switching, thermal performance, EMI/EMC, efficiency, and acoustic noise. Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams while supporting DFM, DFT, calibration, and end-of-line testing.

Design and validate power systems for home robotics, including battery management, power distribution, DC/DC conversion, charging, protection circuitry, and custom PCB development. Lead schematic and layout reviews, hardware bring-up, automated validation, efficiency and thermal optimization, EMI/EMC improvements, component selection, and production hardware support. Collaborate with embedded, controls, mechanical, robotics, and manufacturing teams to deliver reliable, safe, production-ready robot electronics.

Lead Weave’s brand narrative, positioning, communications, media relations, product launches, content pipeline, and creative production for home robotics. Partner with founders and cross-functional teams to translate sophisticated technical work into compelling messaging, support recruiting efforts, and build a communications function. The role requires strong strategic writing, technical fluency, launch leadership, and experience marketing at a high-growth technology company or startup.

Develop production embedded software and firmware for robotic systems, including drivers, communication stacks, sensor and actuator interfaces, and real-time systems. Bring up custom hardware, debug electrical and software issues using lab tools, collaborate with electrical engineers, and establish manufacturing-oriented bring-up and testing processes.
