Design and build AI orchestration architecture using Claude Code; create reusable orchestration patterns (skills, subagents, tools, hooks); optimize for latency, error handling, observability, and testing; run experiments, document learnings, and deliver production orchestrators that accelerate platform development.

Build and ship platform components (auth, connectors, APIs), own production support and on-call, debug incidents and write runbooks, deploy and iterate connectors to enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow), and enable customer deployments with tests and monitoring.
