Hands-on role to assemble, bring up, calibrate, and debug generation-2 EV chargers and energy management systems. Perform electrical testing, functional validation, safety checks, root-cause troubleshooting, test procedure development, and support production ramp-up and pre-compliance data collection for certification.

Research, draft, and manage grant applications to government, foundation, and corporate funders. Identify opportunities, write persuasive proposals and budgets, manage submission timelines and compliance, collaborate with leadership to gather data, maintain a grant tracking system, and prepare progress reports and impact summaries for awarded grants.
