Coordinate and support talent programs for the AI safety ecosystem: design and run programs, gather participant feedback, build operational systems and tracking (Airtable, Asana), document processes, and recommend improvements to improve talent pathways and experiences.

Own and deliver scoped talent programs to place people into AI safety roles.
