Lead and own end-to-end engineering execution as a player-coach: ship reliable, high-velocity AI-native products; align architecture with business; build engineering operating systems (code review, on-call, incident response, security); hire and raise the engineering bar; work closely with the CEO and customers to deliver production systems for government permitting.

Build and ship full‑stack product features using TypeScript, React, Remix, and Prisma. Work directly with customers, iterate rapidly, shape product and architecture, and apply AI tooling to improve workflows. Contribute to infrastructure on AWS with Terraform and collaborate closely with a small, senior team.

Own end-to-end enterprise sales for public-sector customers: build pipeline, run structured discovery, multi-thread deals, navigate procurement and political processes, develop close plans, and codify a repeatable go-to-market motion alongside the CEO. Use AI to accelerate research and proposal work.
