Lead financial planning and analysis, manage budgeting and forecasting, conduct variance analysis, support month-end and year-end close, strengthen controls, optimize profitability, partner with senior leadership on commercial decisions, drive NetSuite and finance systems improvements, supervise and mentor accounting staff.

Lead business intelligence efforts to analyze complex data, define KPIs, identify operational inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executives to implement data-driven strategies, manage improvement projects, monitor resource allocation, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Lead accounting operations including month-end close, GAAP-compliant financial statements, reconciliations, payroll oversight, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, audit support, and NetSuite financial systems optimization while supervising and mentoring accounting staff and reporting to the CFO.
