Develop and implement Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce. Translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions, integrations, and releases. Troubleshoot, test, and maintain application security. Create and support Tableau dashboards, reports, visualizations, and server or cloud deployments. Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and technical teams while assisting with development estimates and schedules.

Analyzes business systems and processes, develops requirements and functional designs, translates stakeholder needs into backlog items, and supports Agile development. Responsibilities include maintaining process documentation, defining acceptance criteria, coordinating testing and defect remediation, facilitating user acceptance testing, verifying production changes, supporting demos and training, and collaborating with technical teams. Provides business analysis guidance, recommends process improvements, and mentors less experienced analysts.

Support and maintain server and systems infrastructure (hardware/software), monitor performance, perform maintenance and upgrades, administer Active Directory and identity platforms (Okta, Google Cloud Identity, AWS IAM), assist with systems design, troubleshoot enterprise systems, enforce IAM security standards, and produce documentation and reports.
