Manage execution and oversight of DoD Mentor-Protege Program: administer and monitor agreements, conduct needs assessments and MPP analyses, ensure FAR/DFARS and policy compliance, track milestones and metrics, prepare reports/briefings, coordinate with acquisition/legal/technical stakeholders, and identify improvements to enhance small business development.

Lead and oversee contractor support services for a DoD customer, ensuring contract compliance, staffing, quality control, risk mitigation, and delivery of required services. Serve as primary liaison with government leadership, prepare executive briefings, monitor performance metrics, and manage Mentor-Protege and small business program support.
