Lead business development for Lion Street by recruiting 30–40 independent life insurance and wealth advisory firms over three years. Build relationships with prospective firms, tailor Lion Street resources, establish revenue growth plans, collaborate with carriers and alliances, and drive recruiting and sales campaigns. The role requires a strong life insurance industry background, entrepreneurial mindset, communication skills, and ownership of firm growth opportunities.

Own lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, in-app, SMS, push, and content cards. Plan, build (copy, HTML, designs), QA, execute, analyze A/B tests, report performance, and ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and HIPAA. Maintain campaign assets, calendars, and documentation while partnering with brand and external teams.

Manage and grow enterprise Medicare and health‑insurance BPO client relationships. Serve as primary client liaison, ensure operational and contractual KPI delivery, lead business reviews, drive performance improvements, manage financials and account expansion, oversee scaling and compliance with CMS/Medicare rules, and deliver data‑driven insights and reporting.
