Leads the Foundation’s fundraising program, including major gifts, individual giving, events, campaigns, corporate engagement, donor operations, and development strategy. Manages donor portfolios, cultivates and solicits significant gifts, oversees fundraising systems and budgets, engages executives and board members, and supervises development staff. Builds donor relationships, strengthens the fundraising pipeline, monitors performance, and represents the organization with donors, community leaders, and philanthropic partners.

Manage IT infrastructure, operations, helpdesk, cybersecurity, compliance (HIPAA), vendor and project management, budgeting, staff supervision, training, and support of EHR/dental practice systems to ensure reliable, secure technology services.
