Manage test data management (TDM) for FACETS/healthcare IT: provision data across environments, build/execute TDM solutions, write advanced SQL, work with RDBMS and file systems, client interfacing, and support global delivery.

Lead business process consulting and architect ServiceNow-based ITSM solutions. Design, configure, develop, validate and deploy CMDB and Service-Watch integrations. Manage projects and talent, communicate with stakeholders, and travel regularly for client engagements.
