Lead process design, project/talent management, and resolve system outages and performance issues.

Lead DevOps/CI-CD consulting engagements: assess software delivery processes, design CI/CD toolchains and migrations, implement and validate tooling, produce roadmaps and business cases, mentor teams, and present recommendations to senior clients.

Administer and maintain IBM DataStage ETL environments: DevOps (SVN, uBuild, uDeploy), server patching, upgrades (Autosys), sandbox certification, performance tuning, monitoring Unix/DataStage servers, and collaborating with stakeholders, DBAs and architects to support DW/BI projects.

Lead Big Data ingestion, quality, production code management, and troubleshooting on Hadoop platform. Mentor support teams, ensure platform stability, follow IT processes, coordinate with infra and source-system leads, and participate in Agile delivery.

Lead cloud initiatives by designing, implementing, and operating enterprise-level cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, and other platforms. Work with containers, networking, storage, databases, and infrastructure/HPC; deliver large applications and collaborate with stakeholders using strong communication skills.

Develop and maintain Java/J2EE REST/SOAP APIs using Spring, Jersey, Hibernate on Tomcat. Implement OAuth2 authentication, API documentation (Swagger/RAML), unit tests, and design scalable, multithreaded systems. Translate business requirements into technical solutions and participate in code reviews.
