Design and lead big-data architectures and solutions using open-source frameworks (Kafka, Spark, Scala, Solr, HDFS, Hive, Oozie, YARN, Cloudera). Define data architecture, data marts and dimensional models, perform data analysis/profiling with SQL, review code, integrate ETL solutions, liaise with business stakeholders, and provide technology advisory in a consulting environment with regular travel.

Develop and maintain Big Data solutions using Spark, Storm, HDFS, Hive and NoSQL. Analyze upstream/downstream data requirements, write SQL for analysis, review code for data issues, collaborate across teams, and support Java/Linux-based data processing. Azure cloud exposure preferred.

Perform QA testing of FACETS payer system modules (membership, provider, claims, billing, plan/product, NetworX pricing, utilization). Validate EDI transactions, analyze root causes, work with FACETS data model and architecture, collaborate with clients and global teams, and apply testing strategies within the healthcare domain.

Create requirement specifications and design process details; perform DB2 development, configuration, validation and deployment; capture and document business requirements and processes; coordinate projects, communicate with stakeholders, and travel as required for consulting engagements.

Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrations using Fuse, Apache Camel and ServiceMix. Implement services in Java/Spring or Node.js, work with NoSQL databases, follow CI/CD and Agile/scrum practices, support change/incident management, and collaborate in an onsite/offshore global delivery model with exposure to DevOps.
