Builds industry presence, coaches account talent, and ensures financial and contract discipline across assigned accounts. Moderate travel is required for national account coverage and client engagement.

Leads complex employee relations and workplace investigations across a distributed workforce, including harassment, discrimination, ethics, misconduct, and policy matters. Manages the ethics hotline and conflict-of-interest register, develops internal controls, supports employment-law compliance, reviews high-risk employment actions, and assists with agency responses. Produces defensible findings, advises HR and operational leaders, delivers training, maintains policies, and tracks corrective actions. The role is primarily remote with travel to field locations, potentially up to 50%.
