Provide first-line remote support for Emerson DeltaV DCS and MES interfaces; troubleshoot batch recipes, hardware, software, network, and instrument-bus issues; communicate with operations and automation teams to minimize production delays; generate call logs and change records; mentor junior engineers; work rotating shifts and travel up to 5% for trainings/meetings.

Provide first-line remote support for Emerson DeltaV DCS and related systems during startups and production. Troubleshoot DeltaV batch recipes, MES interfaces, hardware/software/network/instrument bus issues, communicate with operations and automation teams, generate call logs, and minimize production delays. Work rotating shifts and travel occasionally to core offices for training.
