Own customer relationships from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Own full-stack features end-to-end for a TypeScript/Node/React product: scope, build, ship, and iterate. Make architectural and infrastructure decisions, raise engineering quality (testing, observability, code review), work directly with PM/designer/founder, integrate AI tooling, and engage customers to validate and shape the product.
