Conduct frontier AI research on model capabilities, safety, evaluations, security, and governance. Independently design and maintain research code and experiment pipelines, implement and adapt ML papers, develop experiments from ambiguous questions, publish findings, and help shape AIUC’s public research agenda and strategic direction.

Translate recurring engagement patterns into scalable workflows, tooling, playbooks, and product improvements while partnering with Product and GTM teams.

Lead enterprise discovery and partnerships to drive adoption of AIUC-1 certification. Work with founders to design GTM experiments, engage CISOs/GCs/Chief AI Officers, and own strategic accounts from first conversation to signed partnership. Explore vertical-specific solutions (e.g., Financial Services) and tailor messaging, product, and pilot programs to enterprise security and regulatory needs.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for non-technical roles at an early-stage AI security startup. Partner with founders to define role requirements and hiring strategy, source and manage candidate pipelines, design assessment processes and hiring playbooks, advise hiring teams with market insights and benchmarks, and own candidate experience through offer and close.

Open wildcard application to help underwrite, red-team, certify, and insure AI agents. Work across research, engineering, and policy to build agent security standards (AIUC-1). Cross-functional collaboration; equity, benefits, visa sponsorship and relocation to San Francisco offered.

Lead the creation and execution of AIUC's content strategy to establish AIUC-1 and founders as the leading voices on enterprise AI trust. Build distinct content brands, run content experiments to drive leads, create a research/publishing program, own website narrative, produce technical and thought-leadership content, and scale a small content team or agency relationships.
