Serve as the primary financial liaison for construction projects, handling project accounting, requisitions, payroll, cost reporting, forecasts, change order reconciliation, contract administration, procurement, and project closeout. Lead regional project controls functions: manage and develop a team of analysts, provide executive financial reporting and contract compliance, support forecasting, KPIs, audit resolution, and serve as liaison between operations and corporate finance for construction projects.
