Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and scalable event-driven cloud solutions using TypeScript and AWS. Build infrastructure as code with AWS CDK, implement secure and highly available architectures, troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, participate in technical planning and code reviews, document solutions, collaborate with teams and vendors, and mentor engineers on AWS best practices.

Manage operational data, work requests, ticket tracking, data validation, and reporting. The role requires advanced Excel analysis, familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps, strong organization and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage priorities independently. Basic SQL knowledge, SOP and process documentation, and operational reporting experience are preferred. This is a remote position.
