Leads enterprise customer enablement and CX initiatives across multiple divisions. Lead design, development, and migration of enterprise data warehouse solutions from SAP BW/BW4HANA to SAP Datasphere. Architect data models and hybrid data flows with Microsoft Fabric/Azure Synapse, integrate BW with Salesforce and SQL Server, embed AI capabilities (Copilot, Azure OpenAI), manage offshore teams, enforce standards, and deliver Power BI reporting and analytics to business stakeholders.

Lead analysis, redesign, and optimization of end-to-end SAP business processes (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP). Drive process-improvement projects, support S/4HANA migrations, coordinate stakeholders, manage UAT, produce ROI and executive reporting, and deliver training and change management.

Support production testing of electromechanical assemblies by validating test programs, providing technical support and training, maintaining and upgrading test equipment, creating documentation, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with Production and Engineering to improve testing processes and equipment reliability.

Drive adoption of Legrand high-density data center cooling solutions across hyperscale, colocation, OEM/ODM, and enterprise accounts. Build and manage sales pipeline, lead technical discovery and solution design, create TCO/ROI and sustainability narratives, maintain CRM (Salesforce) accuracy, enable channel partners, cross-sell, and travel up to 50%.

Design and apply Starline high-amperage busduct systems: produce system layouts, technical offers, and drawings; support sales/customers with estimation, compliance, troubleshooting, training, and project lifecycle coordination; collaborate with internal teams for assembly and field issue resolution.

Lead and grow strategic relationships with national electrical contractors, OEMs, and distribution partners. Develop account strategies, negotiate contracts, drive revenue through upsell/cross-sell, collaborate with internal teams, support project business, and represent the company at trade shows and customer sites. Role requires ~50% travel.
