Lead MEP mechanical design for science/technology and life sciences buildings. Identify and qualify RFPs, lead submittals, manage client relationships, direct design at responsible-charge level, coordinate disciplines, perform QA/QC, select and analyze major mechanical equipment, mentor designers, manage project budgets and schedules, and produce SD/DD/CD deliverables complying with mechanical and electrical codes.
