The role requires strong writing, editing, research, organization, and project coordination skills while managing multiple deadlines and maintaining accurate grant records.

Leads institutional fundraising strategy, prospecting, government and foundation grant writing, proposal submissions, funder relationships, compliance systems, and revenue tracking. Supervises institutional giving staff, coordinates cross-functional proposal development with Finance, programs, compliance, and executives, manages contractors, and strengthens grant readiness, stewardship, renewals, and organizational funding infrastructure.
