Lead and supervise hotel financial operations, ensure GAAP-compliant reporting, manage budgets and capital expenditures, control cash and receivables, reconcile accounts, support Executive Committee, audit compliance, and coach the finance team to optimize financial performance and owner/corporate reporting.

Drive group revenue by prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing high-value corporate, association, and social group business. Manage account details, coordinate internal departments, conduct site inspections, attend trade shows, prepare reports, and maintain market knowledge to deliver luxury, boutique group experiences aligned with brand standards.
