Manage staffing, forecasting, project delivery, warehouse operations, safety, and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue growth and service performance for building technology and security integration projects.

Design, deploy, and maintain server, storage, virtualization, and network infrastructure supporting physical security and AV platforms. Build integrations, automation, and scripts; troubleshoot, plan upgrades, produce procedures and documentation; mentor technicians and support sales, PMO, and cross-functional teams.
