Processes high-volume attorney client bills, reviews pre-bills, applies credits and write-offs, manages complex and electronic billing, resolves discrepancies, and supports partners, clients, collections, and Finance. The role prepares billing reports and schedules, maintains audit-ready records, assists with compliance and billing-system improvements, and supports month-end and year-end cycles.

Lead the firms legal directories strategy and submissions across Chambers, Legal 500, IFLR and others. Manage annual calendar, draft matter narratives, coordinate referee outreach and researcher interviews, build a centralized matter database, track rankings, and advise/train partners and CDE colleagues to improve rankings and visibility.
