Lead the firms legal directories strategy and submissions across Chambers, Legal 500, IFLR and others. Manage annual calendar, draft matter narratives, coordinate referee outreach and researcher interviews, build a centralized matter database, track rankings, and advise/train partners and CDE colleagues to improve rankings and visibility.

Lead communications and visibility strategies for the firm, including media relations, thought leadership, awards, digital content and messaging. Build media relationships, synthesize complex legal/business matters into clear narratives, mentor junior staff, manage multi-jurisdictional communications projects, and support Client Development initiatives to raise the profile of practices and partners.

Support client development by implementing and maintaining marketing technology platforms (email, CRM, webinars, website); manage email campaigns, registration/forms, distribution lists, and website content; drive analytics and reporting; train and troubleshoot for end users; ensure brand and accessibility best practices; collaborate with marketing and events teams to optimize digital marketing initiatives.

Coordinate and execute firm-sponsored client and alumni events end-to-end, handling venue/vendor logistics, contracting, budgeting, invitations, staffing, post-event reconciliation, CRM updates, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure high-quality, on-brand experiences. Support gifting programs and process improvements as needed.

Support West Coast client development through event planning and execution, pitch and proposal coordination, CRM maintenance, market research, and external communications to raise the firm's profile in Southern California and the Bay Area.
