Provide desk-side and regional IT end-user support for Windows and Mac systems, manage AD/DNS/DHCP and cloud services (Salesforce, Google Apps, Office 365, Okta), monitor servers, handle escalations, oversee local IT projects and procurement, collaborate with global teams, and act as backup for other support engineers to ensure high user satisfaction.
