Leads global employee relations and HR compliance strategy, including employment policies, background screening, wage and hour compliance, reporting, immigration, leave and accommodations, workplace safety processes, investigations, performance management, terminations, and legal risk mitigation. Advises leaders on complex employee relations matters, oversees global employment contracts and HR procedures, partners with legal counsel, and analyzes ER trends to improve workplace policies and practices.
