Provide day-to-day identity and access provisioning (onboarding/offboarding, access requests, queue management), troubleshoot account and system issues, maintain IAM documentation and policies, support Okta/AD/PAM technologies, engage cross-functional teams, and participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Provide senior-level administrative support to lawyers including document preparation and proofreading, calendar and travel coordination, client onboarding and billing support, time entry management, records and file maintenance, and coordination across firm departments. Maintain confidentiality, prioritize multiple assignments, and ensure compliance with firm and client billing and document standards.

Prepare and process client invoices and proformas, resolve billing issues, enforce client billing guidelines, update matter and timekeeper rates, run billing reports, and collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate, timely billing and minimize financial exposure.
