Owns the execution, operational performance, and growth of the myTuesday digital patient access program. Responsibilities include managing device deployment and inventory workflows, overseeing vendors, forecasting demand, monitoring program metrics, improving and documenting processes, coordinating operational readiness, resolving issues, and supporting patients with device setup and troubleshooting. The role partners across Product, Operations, vendors, and other stakeholders to scale the program effectively.

Leads actuarial services for value-based healthcare contracts, including customer settlements, underwriting, pricing, risk assessment, contract negotiations, claims reporting, and cost-trend analysis. Maintains actuarial soundness for financial projections and risk arrangements, partners with data, finance, medical economics, and growth teams, represents the organization with payer actuaries, and builds actuarial and analytical capabilities.
