The Product Owner will lead the transition from a custom CRM to scalable enterprise platforms. Responsibilities include platform evaluation, architecture and integration strategy, product vision, requirements ownership, roadmap development, vendor management, prioritization, technical documentation, quality standards, UAT, and rollout support.
