Own Earth’s product direction, roadmap, prioritization, product processes, and release rhythm. Partner with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to build consumer products for families and internal teams. Lead customer discovery, define success metrics, and drive launches and iteration. Build the Design function, hire the first Product Designer, mentor an existing Product Manager, and remain hands-on throughout the product lifecycle.
