Leads Legal and Compliance operations, including process improvement, legal technology, contract lifecycle management, outside counsel and vendor oversight, budgeting, reporting, insurance administration, risk tracking, and cross-functional projects. The role develops scalable workflows, dashboards, procedures, and knowledge systems while supporting compliance and efficient legal service delivery in a biopharmaceutical environment.

Owns the design, administration, security, modernization, and recovery of Liquidia’s hybrid IT infrastructure across Azure, servers, virtualization, storage, and enterprise networks. Provides hands-on engineering, roadmap development, disaster recovery, patching, automation, vendor direction, documentation, and onsite support for manufacturing and laboratory systems. Ensures infrastructure complies with SOX, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements while coordinating qualification, validation, change control, and infrastructure improvement initiatives.
