The HR Business Partner advises leadership on workforce strategy, employee relations, compliance, performance management, engagement, retention, recruiting, onboarding, training, safety, benefits, leave management, and HR operations. The role independently investigates workplace issues, analyzes HR metrics, coaches managers, supports organizational change, leads HR projects, and partners with safety and learning teams. It is an onsite position in Brisbane, California.

Provides onsite administrative and office support, including answering phones, greeting visitors, managing documents, coordinating schedules and office projects, communicating with contacts, monitoring supplies, and assisting with basic accounting and payment tasks. Requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, Microsoft Office proficiency, and three years of administrative assistant experience.
